Our Focus

For the past 70 years, Youth For Christ Metro Pittsburgh has been raising up lifelong followers of Jesus who are led by their godliness in lifestyle, devotion to the Word of God and prayer, passion for sharing the love of Christ, and commitment to community involvement.

As a relational-focused ministry, we establish local faith communities led by trained leaders who facilitate engaging weekly meetings. These meetings offer youth positive peers, trusted role models, and seasonal events or trips filled with fun adventures, all while teaching and inspiring them through Jesus Christ’s Word.

We assist youth (grades 6–12 and beyond) by providing stability, purpose, direction, and guidance, continually enhancing their emotional, spiritual, physical, and educational well-being.

Where We Are Serving Youth Today

Youth For Christ Metro Pittsburgh operates ministries throughout the South Hills area and is eager to expand our influence wherever help is needed. Below are the districts we are impacting through our consistent commitment to create and sustain faith communities composed of youth that are led by trained, Godly leaders.

Each community is led by directors who facilitate groups for middle schoolers, high schoolers, and college-aged young adults. These directors organize weekly meetings and events that offer youth positive peers, a connection with God, and access to numerous trained leaders eager to develop trusting and healthy mentor relationships.

Our ministries are committed to being prominent in their communities, aiming to be known for the God we serve and the youth we help.
