YFCMP Prayer Week
August 31 to September 4, 2026

Join 100 adult partners praying for YFCMP students and ministry leaders at the beginning of the school year.

Participants can pray from home and will receive a daily prayer prompt from the YFCMP staff team.

Your Prayers Matter

A new school year brings new pressures, choices, relationships, and opportunities for young people across our area.

YFCMP leaders will meet students in schools, neighborhoods, churches, and other local spaces. They will listen, build trust, share biblical truth, and help young people take steps toward Jesus.

Prayer supports that work. It asks God to guide each conversation, strengthen each leader, and prepare the way for meaningful relationships. It also brings the YFCMP partner community together around a shared mission.

What You Will Pray For

Ministry Directors will send daily prompts tailored to their ministry site and generally invite participants pray for:

  • Students to feel seen, known, and loved
  • Ministry leaders to serve with wisdom and faithfulness
  • Opportunities to share the hope of Jesus
  • Strong partnerships with churches, schools, families, and community organizations
  • More adults who will help reach and empower young people

Prayer Week reflects YFCMP’s commitment to widespread prayer and ministry rooted in loving relationships, faithful Bible teaching, strong community partnerships, and adults who empower others.

Join From Wherever You Are

There is no in-person requirement for Prayer Week.

Participants can pray from home, work, church, or wherever the day finds them. Each prayer joins a larger community asking God to work in the lives of students and ministry leaders across our area.

Local church leaders are invited to close Prayer Week with an in-person Kingdom Collaboration.

Please indicate interest on the Prayer Week sign-up form. YFCMP will share the location and other details as they are confirmed.
