How Can I Make A Payment For My Child’s Campus Life Trip?

If you were directed to this page after submitting a trip registration, this means your submission was successful. Unless otherwise noted, all registrations require a $50 deposit. Registrations are considered pending until the deposit is received.

Online With A Credit Card

We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover Cards for trip payments. However, a 2.5% processing fee will be added to your payment. We set our trip budgets as low as possible, and have decided to add this fee directly onto credit card payments instead of adding it into the entire trip budget. This is the only payment option where an extra fee is charged.

Online As A Bill Payment From Your Financial Institution

Many banks & credit unions allow you to send payments directly through your online account as a bill payment. To do this, just add the following to your list of billers:

Your account number would be the student’s name & trip you are paying for, i.e. – “Joe Smith Fallout.”

IMPORTANT: If you also make donations to YFC through your banks bill payment feature, you must set up a new biller for Campus Life Trips. Payments made to “YFC” or “Youth for Christ” are processed as a ministry donation, and are not used for trip payments.

Student Fundraising

Throughout the year, we offer many fundraisers students can take advantage of. Your fundraising proceeds are kept in an account through our office, and your balance is automatically applied one week before the trip. To find out your account balance, contact your Campus Life director.
