Parenting Is Hard Work, But So Rewarding
Parents are the most vital source of the healthy development of the youth in our communities. All of children’s’ values are formed by the guidance of their parents. Mom and Dad really are the foundation of the youth, and the youth, the foundation of the future of the society.
But, in our ever-changing world where new technological advancements are shoved into our everyday lives at a breakneck pace, it sure makes parenting very challenging today. The PEW Research center states, “Two-thirds of parents in the U.S. say parenting is harder today than it was 20 years ago”. In this unstable world, social media, technology, trauma, and other sorts of potential obstacles are disconnecting children from the guidance of the parents and leading them into the guidance of other sources such as the harmful pages on the internet, destructive habits of peers, and other unhealthy paths of deception.
We Love Helping Parents
Sympathy and compassion flow heavily from the heart of our ministry to parents. Our efforts to help the youth are just as much designed to benefit the parents’ well-being also. When issues arise regarding the well-being of their children, we are united with parents to do all in our power to work in unison and make sure that the healing of their young ones are sought after.
Having Relationships with the Parents is just as important as having relationships with their kids. To help the kids is to help the parents and to help the parents is to help the kids. And when you do both at the same time, there is an abundance of God’s grace and blessing that flows through the livelihood of the family, drawing them closer than ever before and revealing the magnificence of Christ’s peace in their household .
The value we provide to parents is our partnership with them. They can rest assured to know that they have amazing Christ following leaders looking after their children and consistently speaking life into their lives. We desire to help train up children the way they should go. We desire to Inspire them to make Christ a priority in their lives so his unfailing truth may reform there character and produce passion within them to walk righteously and serve both their families and communities.
Since we engage the youth through fun weekly meetings, events, and social media, we are able to discover certain behaviors that parents may be unaware of. As we always maintain a direct line of communication with the parents, we are able to inform parents of children’s action whether, good or bad, and discuss the most productive ways to keep the children on the path of life through the inspiration of our Godly influence.
